"I would like to pass on some feedback re why you secured 'preferred supplier' and also some feedback re Territory Account Manager Graham Lyons. We followed a thorough process where we invited suppliers to submit quotes to enable us to compare 'like with like'. We (the BOT, principal, class teachers and students) then applied set criteria to select the preferred supplier. EF was selected due to:

• Accuracy of initial quote provided (i.e. all items included at the quantities requested)
• Willingness to communicate and deal with the teacher with delegated responsibility for leading the process (i.e. not just the principal).
• Willingness to be flexibile + speedy responses to questions etc.

I have personally dealt with Graham for a number of years now. His ability to make us feel like a valued customer is much appreciated. His willingness to check in regularly with us contributes to this. He is able to do this in a non pushy way. When I've asked questions he has always either had the answer or found the answer quickly. We value suppliers who are willing to listen and work with us to best meet the needs of our kids, teachers and community. EF currently ticks those boxes for us.”
